Booking and stay guide

Once you find a place you like, check the dates and price, then book through the property page.

1. Get to know the property

Check the photos, address, floor area, guest capacity, amenities and house rules. For a longer stay, ask about cleaning, laundry and everyday facilities in advance.

2. Check the dates and price

Use your check-in and check-out dates to search availability. Review the room rate, taxes, other charges and cancellation policy before submitting a booking.

3. Confirm your booking and arrival

Follow your booking confirmation and the host’s check-in instructions. An inquiry does not hold a room or confirm a booking.

  2. Submit your application

    Provide the identity or company documents requested by the platform and wait for review.

  3. Complete your listing for review

    Add photos, amenities, rates, availability and house rules. Your listing becomes visible after approval.
